Company: JP Morgan Chase

I supported the launch of Chase Freedom Rise, which expanded credit access for young customers and drove a 30% increase in applications in its first quarter. I also contributed to a refreshed version of Chase Sapphire Reserve, balancing compliance requirements with customer needs to strengthen the product’s reach and maintain its position as a flagship offering.

Compliance & Risk Reviews

Companies: JP Morgan Chase & Federal Reserve Bank

At the Federal Reserve, I participated in regulatory examinations of banks, reviewing CAMELS components, loan portfolios, and overall compliance with state and federal regulations. Later at JPMorgan, I assessed reporting across seven categories of bank risk, working closely with risk teams to prepare for audits and ensure reporting accuracy. These efforts helped maintain compliance readiness and strengthened oversight across high-visibility reviews.

Operational Improvements

Company: Radian

My work at Radian focused on mortgage insurance operations. I drafted and maintained policy documentation, reviewed mortgage files for coverage eligibility, and resolved issues with the premium calculator to ensure accurate rate calculations. These improvements reduced errors in processing and supported greater confidence in the company’s mortgage insurance operations.

Equity & Compliance Auditing

Company: Talson Solutions

As a consultant, I partnered with the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Equal Opportunity to conduct on-site audits of construction projects. I reviewed payroll and project financials to confirm compliance with labor standards and ensure fairness in hiring across gender, race, and local requirements. By reporting findings directly to city officials, I helped enforce equitable practices and increased accountability in public works projects.
